1. Who we are

Jeep Parts Exchange sells new, like-new and used Jeep parts and complete vehicles from 7981 Town Hall Rd NW, Walker, MN 56484. You can reach us at jeep@oemjeepparts.store or (928) 555-0142, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm Central.

By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. We are an independent parts seller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a dealer for Jeep, Stellantis, or FCA US LLC. Model names are used only to describe fitment.

2. Listings, pricing and availability

Most of our inventory is one-of-a-kind used stock, so a listing may sell before its page is updated. An order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete only when we confirm it and take payment.

We do our best to photograph and describe every blemish. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax where it applies. If a price or condition is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Fitment is your responsibility

Model, year and part numbers in a listing are a guide, not a guarantee. Jeep production changes mid-year and previous owners swap parts, so please confirm your part number or measurements before ordering. We are happy to check for you before you buy — just ask.

A return caused by incorrect fitment you selected is treated as a change-of-mind return under our returns policy.

4. Payment

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfer and Western Union. Your order number is required with every payment so we can match it to your order.

Orders are held for a limited time while payment clears. If payment is not received after our reminder schedule ends, the item goes back on sale.

5. Condition and warranty

Used parts are sold as-is with no manufacturer warranty. Every part is inspected and graded before listing, and electrical components are bench-tested when possible.

If a part arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it. We are not liable for labour, installation, towing, downtime, or any consequential loss.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our returns policy, including the 30-day window and required return authorisation.

7. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews may only be left by verified buyers of the part in question, and every review is moderated before it appears. Do not post other people's personal information, false claims, or abusive language.

By submitting a review, photo or message, you grant us permission to display it on this site. We may remove any submission that breaks these rules.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or republish our listings, photos or descriptions, attempt to break into any part of the site, or submit false order numbers to access another customer's information.

9. Liability and disputes

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

We would much rather sort out a problem directly — contact us first and we will work with you before anything escalates.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The terms in force at the time of your order are the ones that apply to it.
