What we collect

We only collect what we need to sell you a part and support it afterwards.

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and the items you bought.
• Payment confirmation: the method you used, your reference number and any receipt you upload. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers.
• Support content: return requests, photos of damaged parts, messages you send our returns desk, and reviews you submit.
• Account data: if you create an account, your email and saved wishlist items.
• Basic technical data: pages viewed and general traffic statistics, used to keep the site fast and working.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and shipment confirmations with tracking, answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims, alert you when a saved part is back in stock if you asked for that, and keep records required for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you opted in.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make an order work: shipping carriers, our email delivery provider, our hosting and database provider, and the payment services you choose to pay through. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Photos and uploads

Payment receipts and return photos are stored in private storage. They are visible only to our staff and to you through your own order or return lookup, and are never listed publicly or indexed by search engines.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Return conversations and photos are kept for two years after the case closes. Wishlists and account data are kept until you delete them or ask us to.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the site: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, your saved filter presets and whether you dismissed a popup. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email jeep@oemjeepparts.store and we will respond within 30 days.

Children under 13 should not use this site or submit information to us.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, customer records are protected by row-level database rules, and uploaded files sit in private buckets reachable only through short-lived links. No system is perfect, so if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you promptly.
